2. Services

We provide electrical engineering, automation design, and technical consulting services. The exact scope is defined in an offer/quote and/or contract agreed with the customer.

3. Offers and Agreements

Offers are valid for the period stated in the offer. An agreement is formed when confirmed in writing (email is sufficient), unless otherwise specified.

4. Liability

Our services are provided based on the agreed scope and specifications. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables (including drawings, calculations, and documentation) remain our intellectual property until full payment and/or according to contract terms.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Belgium, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
